Return Policy
*** This policy does not apply to wireless services such as NEXTEL. All sales of these services are subject to the policies maintained by the individual carrier.
5 Day Money-Back Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction with all merchandise purchased from Precision
Communications. You may return any item within 5 days of purchase or delivery
for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling. Products
not returned in original packaging, including user manuals and all accessories,
special order or items with abnormal usage are subject to a 15% restocking
fee. All returns will be carefully inspected and evaluated before credit is
issued. Credit will not be given for shipping or programming charges.
Payments made by credit card will be refunded to the same
credit card. Payments made by check will be verified that check has cleared
bank and may require additional time before refund is issued. Cash payments
less than $100 will be refunded in cash. Amounts greater than this will be
refunded by check and will require 3 business days for refund to process.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
We will promptly send you a replacement or issue a full refund for any damaged or defective merchandise after return of the items to Precision Communications. There will be no additional shipping charges for replacement shipments via ground.
Technical Support
We service all products that we sell and offer free technical support to the original purchaser. We will reprogram two-way equipment up to six months after the sale at no additional charge.
